What data we collect

• Account data: email address and name when you register.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session activity — used to improve the product.
• Content you provide: writing samples, LinkedIn data, and career information you upload to use AuthBuild's tools. This stays yours.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Communications: emails you send us and any support conversations.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the AuthBuild service.
• To send you product updates and relevant communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models for other users. What you build on AuthBuild belongs to you.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — infrastructure, DNS, and edge security.
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI features use API calls. Your content is sent to process your request and is not used to train their models under our agreements.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of AuthBuild after notification constitutes acceptance.
